История: The standard AUSCAM uniform was introduced in 1986. The desert version was probably taken into use in 2002 when Australia deployed Special Forces to (Australian SAS Regiment) to Afghanistan

Расцветка: The camouflage pattern has 5 colours: Tan background and spots in light grey, medium grey, light green and brown.

The AUSCAM desert pattern was first tested at the Woomera Missile Test Site 1998
There is probably three different versions of this uniform - the first having only three colours, the second, and the third shown on this page. The Mk III is more yellowish than the Mk II but has the same number of colours
